If you want your users to be able to locate your Exchange server without having to know the name of the physical machine, you'll want to configure an alias (also called a CNAME) in DNS (typing in webmail.LearnExchange.com instead of MachineName.LearnExchange.com). This is an excellent video if you want to get a solid understanding of DNS and how it works on your network
