We have added a brand new cardio tracking system and control panel. This will allow you to save and view your cardio/aerobic workouts in a separate log. The cardio log works exactly the same as the weight training log and should be very easy to use. Try to think of the cardio log and the workout log and individual 'books'. In other words, information saved/deleted from one log will not affect the other.

In order to use the cardio log, you must first create-your-own cardio worksheets for recording your cardio/aerobic exercises.
